The world was a unique country before the continents separated. The only way for a country to function without major problems such as crime, conflict (class / ethnic/religious) is if the country is one of those tiny ones in Europe eg Iceland.
We would not be upset by the religious beliefs of others, but would accept the fundamental right to have a belief.
We would probably have a completely new universal language (so that people shunning each other not to know English or Hindi would seize to exist).
The trade would be fair and all business would be conducted in the interest of all and with respect for the environment of that country, because they would not seek to defeat a business in some countries.
There is about $ 85 billion in the world right now and if we divide that by 7.5 billion people, it's over $ 11,000, which is not bad for any country. It would be necessary to learn to survive as a whole, which will require significant investments in money and time.
Currently, the world consumes about 10 billion tones of freshwater and that would change a a bit because developed countries tend to waste more than they use ... Under one roof, the division of water would be uniform, fair and durable.
98% of malnutrition sufferers in the world are currently living in developing countries, but under a common umbrella, food waste would be permanently reduced and used for truly universal feeding campaigns.
The government will have to be determined - obviously a democracy, but what type - totalitarian democracy, corrupt democracy of plutocracy or corporatocracy or even technocracy.
The sports would be a little uninteresting because the World Cups would have only one country ... Maybe if the World Cups were transformed into Cups of State, we would be happy to leave
Multiculturalism would spread like wildfire - the world would be beige; no black-white-brown-pink-yellow-beige that would be fantastic (bleaching products or tanning of the skin of the screws)
The arts will flourish because one country, several interpretations
